Angler's Yak Shack, Inc.'s policy is to ask only for information that is necessary for order transactions or useful for our own internal operations. For order transactions, we only collect information that is required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of efficient and secure service. We accomplish this with the assistance of three respectable secure companies: Verisign, Miva, and Nova, as our shopping cart facilitators. Your individual information such as e-mail address, name, phone number and the like is never sold or shared with other organizations. Occasionally we have online surveys. These surveys are completely optional. We do not share or sell the information collected in these surveys to any third parties.

Angler's Yak Shack, Inc. uses cookies (a text file containing a unique ID number that is transferred from the web site to your computer's browser) to enable the use of your shopping cart feature to place an order online. If your browser is not set up to accept cookies, the shopping cart will not function properly and it may be necessary to place your order manually. Cookies are also used to m easure site usage. With the data collected we can get a better idea of your interests and needs. This helps us identify ways to improve our site and customer service, by adding products and services that will benefit you.

Angler's Yak Shack, Inc. does collect user statistics (for example, percentage of customers living in California, or average size of an order). These are summary, not individual reports, which contain no individually identifiable information. Our site contains links to other sites. Angler's Yak Shack, Inc. is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.

At no time do we provide other websites with any information about our customers. All information gathered is strictly private and is collected with the sole purpose of completing a transaction between us and our customers.

This site makes forums, message boards, and/or news groups available to its users. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.

We offer a 30 - day Money Back Guarantee on almost every product we offer.  Please call customer service (760) 994-5745, within 30 days of purchase date, so that we may assist you.  

Warranty Information

Angler's Yak Shack is proud to say that all KayaTanks, which are manufactured by Angler's Yak Shack, carry a 10-year warranty against manufacturer defects. All other parts, sold by Angler's Yak Shack, Inc., carry a 1-year warranty. This warranty includes repair or replacement of defective parts, at the discretion of Angler's Yak Shack. Any products Angler's Yak Shack sells, but are not manufactured by Angler's Yak Shack, will carry the manufacturer's warranty.

Shipping Information

Our goal is to get you out on the water as soon as possible with your Angler's Yak Shack product. Most products are shipped the next day. However, if you are ordering a KayaTank or a Complete KayaTank System, it may take up to 2 weeks for shipment from the factory, depending on the volume of orders.

Angler's Yak Shack customers may choose from the following modes of UPS delivery:

UPS Next Day Air Saver delivers shipments to residential locations by the end of the day after your order is shipped from the factory. This service is available in the 48 contiguous states, Oahu, and limited addresses in Alaska. Saturday delivery is not available.

UPS Ground Service delivers shipments to residential locations within one to seven days after your order is shipped from the factory. This service is available in all 50 states.

UPS charges are based upon published UPS rates, the applicable UPS Shipping Zone, and weight of the merchandise and packing material. When you go through the checkout process, you will be asked, via a drop down menu, for your choice of UPS delivery. This drop down menu will specify the cost of shipment for your specific order.
